Southeastern University is expanding their Lakeland campus rapidly to accommodate new programs and additional students. Ashley Horton worked as the Operations Manager at Nujak Development overseeing the program management and design for the College of Arts & Media, Student Housing, Student Activities Center, and new Administration Facilities – Projects totaling more than $40,000,000.00. This process included relocating 120 faculty and staff to interim locations, relocating the entire Music Department to temporary facilities on campus, meeting with Administrators, Deans and Program Directors to ensure all of their needs were met in the design of the new facilities, all while managing the preconstruction phase of 3 projects totaling more 150,000 square-feet of new construction. Ashley also created the project fixtures, furniture, and equipment budgets for all new construction.
